About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as an Activities Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, mental health needs, older people, people with Autism, and physical disabilities across Wales.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Area Manager in delivering our promise to build relationships and partnerships in the community through activities in community hubs across Carmarthenshire.
- Provide high-quality support and care to individuals, working in conjunction with Social Services to determine their care needs.
- Develop and implement activities in community hubs, increasing opportunities and delivering outcomes for the people we support.
What We Offer
- A competitive salary of £28,590.45 - £29,140.26 (pro rata depending on choice of salary).
- 20 days annual leave (plus statutory) rising to 25 after 5 years, plus Bank Holidays in lieu, or a lower rate salary for 25 days leave on starting, rising to 30 after 5 years.
- 45p per mile when using your own vehicle.
