**About The Role**

As a Personal Support Assistant at Orbis Education & Care, you will have the opportunity to work with specialist care and education services for children and adults with complex needs associated with autism.

• Providing person-centred support to service users with complex needs
  
• Working collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement individualised care plans
  
• Supporting service users to access a range of activities and experiences that promote their physical and emotional well-being
  
• Collaborating with colleagues to maintain a safe and supportive environment
