About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Architect to join our team at Babcock International. As a Business Architect, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our organization by developing and implementing business transformation strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain business architecture models and viewpoints to support business transformation initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal and customer leadership to develop and communicate transformation strategies
  • Apply systems thinking and architectural principles to support project teams in developing user requirements, system requirements, and solution specifications
  • Guide and lead less experienced team members in model-driven architecture

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Significant practical experience in applying model-driven architecture in support of business transformation
  • Domain experience in engineering and asset management, preferably in the context of naval marine, defence equipment, and support, and nuclear (defence and civil)
  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility for own work
