Job Title: Digital Transformation Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Lead to join our Transformation Unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation of our Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system, ensuring a seamless transition to digital healthcare delivery.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to drive forward innovation and digital transformation. They will work closely with our team to develop and implement strategic plans, ensuring the successful adoption of the EPR system.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for EPR implementation
  • Lead the operational delivery of digital transformation and business change workstreams
  • Manage associated transformation and adoption requirements
  • Liaise with system partners for EPR, business change, and organisational transformation

Requirements:

  • Exceptional leadership and partnership skills
  • Ability to identify and manage risks and interdependencies
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience in digital transformation and EPR implementation
