We are seeking a Safeguarding and Welfare Specialist - Part-time to join our established leadership team, recognized for its excellence in recent Ofsted inspections.

This permanent, part-time position requires the successful candidate to work closely with the Designated Safeguarding Lead to support the welfare of all pupils within the school. Key responsibilities include assisting on all matters of safeguarding and child protection across the school, working in accordance with statutory and legislative safeguarding policy and frameworks.

We are looking for someone who is empathetic and compassionate, with the experience of motivating families and promoting high expectations for students. You will need to engage effectively with young people, families, and professionals, bringing up-to-date knowledge of safeguarding legislation and knowledge of the education sector, safer recruitment, and safeguarding/child protection.
