Leisure Centre Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our leisure centre in Thanet, driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and grow the business.
- Oversee the learn to swim program and casual swimming operations to meet challenging targets.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team aligned with our company values.
- Ensure ongoing training and development opportunities for staff.
- Collaborate with department heads to drive commercial and community initiatives.
- Optimize programming and timetables to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Manage centre budgets, including labour, income, and expenditure.
- Lead the management of a grab-and-go café within the centre.
Candidates should have significant centre or operational management experience in health and fitness, leisure, or hospitality industries. A combination of weekday and weekend shifts is required, with a minimum of 1 in 2 weekends worked.
