About the Role

The Client Engagement Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing Deal Service solutions tailored to clients' business needs. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Pre-Sales Engineering, Global Services, and Support, as well as a network of partners.

Your Responsibilities

  • Understand the market and financial technology landscape, with a focus on M&A, Liens and Loans, Banking, Capital Markets, and Alternative Investments.
  • Support Sales by providing a consultative approach to accelerate the sale of Deal Services and drive value.
  • Interface with clients, colleagues, management, and project stakeholders to ensure overall project success.
  • Conduct requirement gathering sessions, prepare cost estimates, and lead project delivery.
  • Document project artifacts, provide feedback to partners and product management, and identify areas for improvement.

Your Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Financial Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 2+ years in a Presales or Sales support role.
  • 3+ years of experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, or a related field.
  • Experience working with cross-functional technical teams, including Sales, Customer Service, Product Management, and Development.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and build compelling value propositions.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects with multiple deadlines.
