About the Role

Burberry Limited is seeking a highly skilled Client Engagement Manager to support the planning and execution of strategic initiatives that drive client acquisition and retention in partnership with regional Client Engagement teams.

This role requires strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including creative, strategy, data analytics, and production teams, as well as external partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with regional teams to execute strategy and local plans within a set framework.
  • Manage and coordinate preparation for quarterly review meetings in partnership with the Strategy team.
  • Ensure strategy is implemented and review results to inform future plans and in-store experience concepts.
  • Manage the gifting program, briefing creative teams on the development of gifts for calendar and always-on-moments.
  • Translate Uber Elite strategy into actionable plans within set timeframes.
  • Manage special elite client projects, such as custom-made-to-order service experiences.
  • Support the Client Experience Director in bringing to life new initiatives that drive client acquisition, from regional partnership programs to working with external agencies.
  • Assist with the preparation of agendas and presentations for ad-hoc projects and recurring meetings.
  • Manage the gifting budget, including sampling and production.
Requirements
  • Previous client marketing or client engagement experience.
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for driving positive customer experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable results.
  • Pro-active and capable of owning and driving projects forward.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • A keen interest in the fashion industry and up-to-date knowledge of current trends and themes within the industry and luxury consumer experiences.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Pro-active and collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Previous experience in the fashion, luxury, or retail industry.
