Key Responsibilities
The Client Engagement Trainer will collaborate closely with the Front Office Investment Management and Financial Planning divisions to enhance client acquisition and retention strategies.
The primary focus of the Client Engagement Trainer will be to create comprehensive training resources, including presentations, manuals, and visual aids tailored for the Front Office team.
This role involves delivering engaging and informative training sessions, workshops, and seminars, both in-person and online, aimed at the Front Office Investment and Financial Planning teams.
The Client Engagement Trainer will evaluate the specific training requirements of team members and customize programs to align with the Wealth Management objectives.
Working in conjunction with the sales leadership, the Client Engagement Trainer will identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to enhance performance.
The Trainer will also design and implement an effective onboarding program for new hires, alongside a robust sales management training curriculum.
Continuous assessment of all training initiatives will be conducted through feedback mechanisms and performance metrics to ensure effectiveness.
Additionally, the Client Engagement Trainer will provide ongoing coaching and support to the Front Office team, collaborating with other departments to ensure that all training aligns with the overarching business goals.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
Demonstrated experience in Sales Training, particularly within the Investment Management or Financial Services sectors, is essential.
A strong grasp of investment products, financial markets, and sales methodologies is required.
The ability to develop and implement impactful training programs that yield measurable outcomes is crucial.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite is necessary, and familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is preferred.
Exceptional presentation and communication skills are vital, with the capability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
Self-motivation and meticulous attention to detail are imperative for success in this role.
