Exciting Opportunity for a Client Engagement Manager

Join a leading organization in risk management at AIG as a Client Engagement Manager within the Client & Broker Engagement division. This role offers a chance to advance your career with a focus on both general and specialized insurance solutions.

Your Role in Client and Broker Engagement

As a vital member of the Client and Broker Engagement team, you will oversee significant client relationships and spearhead new business initiatives. By delivering a tailored client-focused experience, you will ensure a consistent and adaptable strategy to fulfill client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Client Directors/Executives managing a portfolio of key clients
  • Maintain existing profitable accounts while uncovering new business prospects
  • Establish robust relationships with clients and influential figures at major brokerage firms
  • Facilitate corporate partnerships and drive new business development
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and streamline sales processes

Requirements for Success

  • Demonstrated success in managing corporate client relationships
  • Experience with corporate insurance programs, especially in General Insurance
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
  • Strong reputation within the London commercial insurance sector
  • Background in sales and business development
  • ACII qualification is preferred
