About the Role

As a Client Engagement Manager in our EdTech division, you will work closely with our team to deliver an outstanding client experience at Bett and beyond. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering exceptional client experiences for major accounts and strategic partners
  • Building credible relationships with client stakeholders at various levels and functions
  • Developing and executing project plans for sponsorship fulfillment and client projects
  • Tracking projects effectively and communicating deadlines clearly
  • Leading special projects linked with bespoke sponsorship packages
  • Supporting the Head of Client Engagement on sponsorship inventory management and sales materials
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure sponsorship delivery and client support
  • Gaining a strong understanding of products, content, operations, and marketing processes
  • Supporting and overseeing onboarding and delivery for breadth and government accounts
  • Line managing 2 x Client Engagement Executives
