Job Title: Client Engagement Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Engagement Manager to provide an efficient, effective service and sales support service to one or more Client Director's and their portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain exceptional relationships with clients, acting as the first point of contact in the absence of the Client Director.
  2. Own and coordinate the successful resolution of client enquiries, liaising with experts across the business to provide high-level technical support.
  3. Identify and follow up on leads and sales opportunities to maximise revenue.
  4. Prepare meeting packs for client meetings and new business pitches.
  5. Attend meetings and conference calls as required, taking sole responsibility for audit and operational meetings when opportunities arise.
Requirements:
  1. Strong academic background, preferably with a 2.1 degree or equivalent, and the IMC qualification.
  2. Experience within the investment management industry, providing exceptional client service and sales support.
  3. Demonstrable track record of dealing with external clients and building significant relationships with external contacts up to and including senior levels.
  4. Institutional client experience and strong workflow management skills.
  5. Good negotiation skills and a deep understanding of the different investment vehicle options.
