About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Communications and Engagement Officer to join our team at NHS Frimley Integrated Care Board. As a key member of our communications and engagement team, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing effective communications and engagement strategies to support the delivery of our services.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement communications and engagement plans to support business-as-usual activity and project-based initiatives.
  • Manage multiple social media accounts and use social media management tools to monitor and evaluate campaign activity.
  • Create engaging content for a range of channels and audiences, including patients, public, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and evaluate digital channel performance using tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Commission content creation and production, and plan and deliver workshops and meetings.
  • Engage with the public, patients, and service users to gather insights and feedback.
  • Design and analyze surveys, and use online engagement tools to support co-production of content with user groups.
Requirements
  • Experience of working in a healthcare or commissioning environment.
  • Evidence of continuing professional development.
  • Strong track record of managing multiple social media accounts and using social media management tools.
  • Excellent writing, report writing, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to prepare and produce concise yet insightful communications for a range of stakeholders.
  • Excellent planning and coordination skills.
  • Ability to structure and format content tailored to audience needs.
