Job SummaryWe are seeking a Tenant & Community Coordinator to join our team at Windsor Royal. This role will be responsible for networking and data collection from tenants, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Client/Tenant Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Communication and Reporting: Prepare and present reports to the management team, highlighting trends and insights from tenant feedback and footfall data.
- Presentation Skills: Develop and deliver presentations to stakeholders, showcasing the value of our property management services.
- Excel - Data Collection: Collect and analyze data from tenants, using Excel to identify trends and insights.
- Responsiveness and Problem Solving: Respond promptly to tenant queries and concerns, resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Values and Behaviour: Demonstrate MAPP's values of Avoid Ambiguity, Appreciative, Adventurous, Authentic, and Accountable in all interactions.
- Excellent IT skills and use of Microsoft Office and Google packages.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good knowledge of tenant management and relationship building.
- Experience in delivering exceptional customer service, with a pleasant and confident telephone manner.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in difficult situations.
- Ability to work with other team members effectively, communicating and influencing at all levels.
We offer a competitive salary range of £26,000 - £33,000 per annum, depending on experience. Staff parking is available on site, and we promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
