Sales Support Professional

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Professional to join our team at NetApp. As a Graduate Technical Liaison, you will play a critical role in supporting our partners and internal teams with pre- and post-sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Fielding pre- and post-sales questions from our partner community
- Finding answers to technical questions from partners
- Helping partners and internal engineers with our quoting process
- Contributing to a knowledge base of frequently asked questions
- Constant process improvement
Requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to learn new technologies and apply them to users' needs
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Curious mind and collaborative style
- Energetic and self-driven spirit
Education
You will have successfully completed a BSc or MSc (or equivalent professional certifications) within the last 3 years, prior to the start of the program. Fluency in French is necessary as you will be covering these markets in local language.
