Job Title: Commercial Account Manager

NetApp is seeking a skilled Commercial Account Manager to drive sales growth in Singapore. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the IT enterprise space and be able to navigate the sales cycle effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage industry contacts to acquire new customers
  • Identify and initiate contact with new prospects
  • Manage the sales pipeline to quickly grow prospects into new customers
  • Develop existing customer relationships to increase product utilization
  • Enhance ongoing communication to maintain high customer satisfaction levels
  • Proactively identify and address support issues in a timely manner
  • Regular forecasting and reporting of revenue
  • Maintain and demonstrate a commercial and technical understanding of NetApp's products and services

Requirements:

  • 8 to 12 years of overall experience, with at least 5 years in an IT enterprise space
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills, including presentation skills
  • Strong understanding of Channel/Partner Eco-system in a similar environment as NetApp
  • Ability to work collaboratively with employees within department and across functions
  • Ability to convey information clearly and provide analysis as needed to help customer make buying decisions
  • Aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems
