Job Description

We are seeking an Asset Care Coordinator to join our team at Rullion Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our assets.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role and possess excellent IT literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities
  • Undertake all plant routines assigned, including industrial cleaning, compliance-based monitoring and checks, and plant checks;
  • Manage and personal supervise all consumable deliveries and collections to and from site;
  • Liaise with all site visitors and contractors to maintain and enhance safety and housekeeping within areas of control;
  • Update and report via operational shift logs and other relevant databases as necessary;
  • Maintain and enhance safety and housekeeping within areas of control and actively promote good safety management and housekeeping within the team;
Requirements
  • Minimum of 12 months experience operating within current safety, environmental and operational policies, frameworks, and statutory legislation relevant to the role;
  • Qualifications to ONC/NVQ level 3 in a related discipline or willingness to work towards;
  • Forklift truck and MEWP licence;
  • Excellent IT literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel;
  • An excellent working knowledge of facility's relevant process and systems;
Estimated Salary

£35,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience).
