Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and driven sales professional to join our team as a Business Sales Account Executive. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing our corporate market segment across existing and new accounts.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Meetings: You will be responsible for understanding the business structure, needs, and problems of large, multi-dimensional farming businesses. You will manage the end-to-end sales process, navigating complex negotiations through to close.
- Account Management: You will work closely with existing clients to continue building relationships, drive value across the organization, and clearly articulate value back to clients.
- Networking: You will network with key stakeholders, influencers, and senior leaders within your region to grow your personal brand and networks.
- Business Development: You will work with our Business Development team to develop and execute a comprehensive corporate accounts strategy for your portfolio aligned with our expansion goals.
- A sales hunter with experience working with enterprise customers, navigating complex sales cycles, and expanding value over time.
- A deep passion for helping farmers succeed, with experience in farm systems or within the agricultural sector being a strong bonus.
