About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Account Executive to join our Howden Consumer & Local Commercial team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new clients
  • Work closely with the Branch Manager to achieve sales targets and business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth
Requirements
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management in the insurance industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the insurance industry and market trends
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to drive business growth
