Job Profile

We are seeking a skilled Direct Debit Administrator to join our Lettings Client Accounts Team at our offices in Chorley.

This exciting opportunity has arisen within the LSL Estate Agency Franchise division on a full-time, permanent basis.

As a Direct Debit Administrator, you will be responsible for setting up, managing, and collecting Direct Debits for rental payments from tenants.

Key responsibilities include investigating anomalies on collections, creating reports for Credit Control, processing rent increases or decreases, and answering queries from internal and external sources.

The ideal candidate will have a good eye for detail, strong numeracy skills, and previous administration experience.

Full training will be provided, and you must be a confident communicator comfortable with telephone work and speaking to clients daily.
