Join Our Team as a Renewable Energy Graduate Engineer

We are looking for a talented Renewable Energy Graduate Engineer to join our team. As a graduate on our GROW programme, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in renewable energy engineering, working on a variety of projects and collaborating with our clients in the UK and internationally.

Our team is passionate about applying a human filter to all our technical expertise and training, making an impact through innovation and creativity. You will have the chance to develop core engineering and consulting techniques, working with our clients to deliver sustainable solutions for a more prosperous planet.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sustainable energy solutions for our clients
  • Collaborate with our team to design and deliver energy-efficient electrical systems and renewable energy systems
  • Work with our clients to understand their energy needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Contribute to the development of our team's expertise in renewable energy engineering
Requirements:
  • Graduating in 2025 or having recently graduated with at least a 2:2 in a relevant master's degree
  • Demonstrating typical Arcadian skills including Resilience, Creativity, Analytical Thinking, and being a Team Player
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to use technical knowledge to influence and consult stakeholders
  • Will to travel and stay away from home when required
