Job Description

Based at Angus House, located in the heart of Orchardbank Business Park in Forfar.

This role is classified as workstyle 5.

You will have the opportunity to benefit from our flexible and agile working practices. This means you will spend part of your week working from home and some time in council buildings to best suit your work, meetings, and collaboration.

Your primary responsibility will be to monitor Housing Maintenance contracts, repairs, and void property refurbishments. You will provide reports, issue works orders, and follow through to completion, ensuring quality of workmanship and cost, and liaising with housing officers, housing team leads, and contract administrators throughout the Angus area.
