First Military Recruitment Ltd is currently seeking a skilled Civils and Drainage Worker to join their team. In this role, you will work on various civil engineering projects, undertaking drainage works and other highway maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out civils works, including excavation, concreting, and pipe laying
  • Conduct drainage works, ensuring proper installation and maintenance of sewerage systems
  • Assist in winter maintenance efforts, including emergency call-outs and standby duties
  • Keep accurate records, including drivers' hours and necessary paperwork
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in civils works, drainage, or a related field
  • Strong problem-solving skills and self-motivation to achieve results
  • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with colleagues, sub-contractors, and clients
  • A valid HGV Class 2 licence is highly desirable

Employment Package:

  • Annual salary: £24,336 - £28,352
