Job Title: Construction Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Coordinator to join our team at Angus Alive. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with experience in monitoring contracts, repairs, and refurbishments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring of Housing Maintenance contracts, repairs, and void property refurbishments.
  • Providing reports, issuing works orders, and following through to completion to ensure quality of workmanship and cost.
  • Liaising with housing officers, team leads, and contract administrators throughout the Angus area.
