Theatre Operations Coordinator

Playful Productions is a leading independent theatre production company in the West End, producing and managing a range of productions including Macbeth, Dr Strangelove, Wicked London, and Moulin Rouge. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Theatre Operations Coordinator to support our Directors and team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange meetings and provide diary management for the Directors to ensure maximum efficiency of their time
- Liaise with colleagues, producers, and creative teams as required, ensuring swift communication of information
- Manage the Directors' contacts database and maintain their office spaces
- Provide ad hoc personal support and maintain the Directors' and company travel log
- Process expenses claim forms and reconcile credit card bills
Requirements:
- At least three years' experience in a professional theatre environment in a similar role
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
- Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
- Flexible approach to working hours
What We Offer:
- 20 days' holiday per year, rising to 22 days after two years and 25 days after five years of service
- Permanent contract with an initial six-month probationary period
