Wide Format Sales Manager

Job Summary
Fujifilm Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wide Format Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating business opportunities within our assigned territory, developing and implementing strategies to penetrate and grow profitable sales of digital equipment, and achieving assigned yearly sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue business opportunities within our assigned territory that align with our company's strategic objectives.
- Develop and implement plans and strategies to penetrate and grow profitable sales of digital equipment, including identifying and targeting key customers and prospects.
- Achieve assigned yearly sales goals and maintain a high level of sales performance.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our customers' and prospects' business requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and prospects, positioning Fujifilm as a valued business partner and themselves as a trusted advisor.
- Provide regular updates to management, marketing, and product development staff on market trends, customer and competitor activity, and product development opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce and provide timely reporting on sales activity.
- Assist in the evaluation of Fujifilm's platforms in relation to competitive products and coordinate field trials.
- Provide direction and support to Regional Sales Managers and Field Sales Managers in identifying new accounts, prospecting, and making joint sales calls and presentations.
- Ensure that pricing policies are being followed consistently and coordinate discounts and net pricing of products relative to the competition.
- Contribute to the development and execution of our company's business strategies for digital equipment and assist in the development of marketing materials and promotions.
- Represent our company at industry events, trade shows, and other promotional events.
- Manage territory costs within established budget levels and perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience.
- Ability to work as a member of an account team and develop and implement business strategies.
- Ability to interact with and influence various levels of management within our assigned account base.
- Outstanding organization and time management skills.
- Ability to travel approximately 85% of the time.
- Essential communication skills, both written and verbal, including solid presentation skills.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or other relevant discipline.
- 5+ years of industry-related experience.
- 5+ years of sales and territory management experience.
- Broad and solid understanding of printing ink products, applications, equipment, technologies, processes, markets, and competition, with a specific emphasis on wide and grand format digital printing platforms.
- Extensive knowledge of the graphic communication industry, including digital and electronic applications.
- Ability to develop innovative solutions and demonstrate good use of independent judgment.
- Ability to work with a high level of integrity and with minimal supervision.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce/Showpad.
