We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Sales Manager to join our team at the Hampton by Hilton Stockton. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and occupancy rates through effective sales strategies, market research, and relationship-building with clients.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and occupancy rates
- Network and conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Analyse market trends to create effective marketing plans and sales reports
