Sales Director

Our client, a leading provider of bespoke commercial vehicle solutions, is seeking an experienced Head of Sales to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of their business.
Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the sales strategy through strong leadership, team development, and direct involvement in high-value fleet sales.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in leading sales teams with a focus on both people and sales growth, and a proven ability to sell LCV solutions to tier 1 fleet customers.
Key responsibilities will include fostering a high-performance sales culture, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for using CRM tools to track pipeline activity, forecast sales, and deliver against targets, and working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
Benefits will include a competitive salary, commission structure with an OTE of £20,000, £5k car allowance, and a collaborative work environment with opportunities for growth and development.
