Head of Sales Opportunity

Elevation Recruitment Group is proud to partner with a leading provider of bespoke commercial vehicle solutions to recruit an experienced Head of Sales. This is a pivotal role in shaping the future of the business, reporting directly to the Commercial Director.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the sales strategy through strong leadership, team development, and direct involvement in high-value fleet sales. Key responsibilities include:

  • Fostering a high-performance sales culture, motivating and developing the team to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
  • Bringing expertise in light commercial vehicles (LCV) to the table, selling bespoke solutions to large fleet operators across construction, utilities, and retail sectors.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through industry knowledge, lead sourcing, and relationship building.
  • Utilizing CRM tools to track pipeline activity, forecast sales, and deliver against targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in leading sales teams with a focus on both people and sales growth.
  • Proven ability to sell LCV solutions to tier 1 fleet customers.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a hands-on approach to driving sales.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, particularly in documentation management and data accuracy.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
