P2P Administrator Job Description

Warner Hotels is seeking a skilled Procurement System Administrator to join our team at our Hemel support centre. As a key member of our Procurement Team, you will be responsible for managing the supplier onboarding process, ensuring compliance with our Procurement Policy, and maintaining accurate supplier records.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the supplier onboarding process, including webforms and ad hoc requests
• Conduct due diligence of supplier master data, including identification checks, credit worthiness reporting, and compliance searches
• Retain accurate file systems of all supplier contracts, insurance documentation, and certifications
• Manage supplier master data changes, including name, legal entity status, and bank details
• Provide technical supplier onboarding assistance, including manual supplier linking and creating 'Remit To's' for finance support
• Troubleshoot supplier account errors and collaborate with IT Product Teams and Engineers

Requirements:
• Strong organisational skills and ability to complete tasks unsupervised with no error
• Ability to work to deadlines and identify issues, escalate where appropriate, and provide resolution
• Customer friendly - excellent interpersonal skills
