Job Description
We are recruiting Advanced Clinical Practitioners (ACP) from a variety of professional backgrounds, including nurses, pharmacists, and paramedics. As an ACP with TOTALLY, you will support existing clinical care, using your advanced clinical practice skills and clinical judgment to diagnose, treat, refer or discharge patients. This role involves face-to-face interactions with patients, supported by a variable rota covering weekdays, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess health and clinical needs of patients
  • Undertake consultations as an autonomous practitioner
  • Diagnose, treat, refer or discharge patients
  • Provide clinical advice and mentorship to junior clinical staff

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A Master's Degree in Advanced Clinical Practice (or equivalent)
  • Clinical skills qualification at degree level
  • Evidence of completion of study in minor illness
  • Independent prescriber
  • Evidence of study in minor injury or willingness to develop these skills
  • Evidence of completion of study in paediatric minor illness or willingness to develop these skills
  • Evidence of study in paediatric minor injury or willingness to develop these skills
