About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technology Transformation Expert to join our team at Bramwith Consulting as a Head of Technology and Development. This is a senior position that requires a strong technologist, technology leader, and people manager who can drive technological advancements and ensure our company remains best in class for technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the technology team, overseeing the development and implementation of new technologies and systems.
  • Work closely with the Solutions Architect to drive technology transformation and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement technology strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
  • Manage and lead technology projects from conception to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technology initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, customers, and partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of commercial experience in software development, with 5+ years of experience managing development teams.
  • Strong C# development background and experience working on Microsoft Azure cloud computing platform.
  • Proven track record of leading technology transformations and driving business growth through technology innovation.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on delivering results.
