About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative individual to join our team as a Development Manager, leading our technology transformation and managing our development team. As a key member of our executive team, you will have a significant impact on shaping our technology strategy and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technology transformation and drive business growth through innovative solutions
- Manage and develop a high-performing development team
- Collaborate with our Solutions Architect to design and implement technology solutions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients and stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
Requirements:
- 10+ years of commercial experience in software development
- 5+ years of experience managing development teams
- Strong C# development background and experience with Microsoft Azure
- Previous experience in energy or financial trading, preferably in a software house or IT consultancy
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
