Job Title: Regional Director

We are seeking an experienced Regional Director to join our client, a leading Facilities service provider, in London.

Job Summary:

The Regional Director will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of services to clients across the UK, ensuring excellent customer service and meeting budgetary targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve customer queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Implement and maintain quality management systems, conducting regular checks to ensure compliance.
  • Develop and implement tactical plans to meet budgetary targets and drive business growth.
  • Monitor financial performance, controlling direct costs and ensuring forecasts are achieved.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional service.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety protocols.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and implement efficient methods of operation.
  • Authorise material demands and manage staff wage sheets, ensuring accurate payment and adherence to budgets.
  • Respond to customer queries, both verbally and in writing, in a concise and efficient manner.
  • Attend regular meetings with internal and external stakeholders to discuss service delivery and business growth.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, with experience in a similar role. They will be able to develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
