The Regional Director of Human Resources (HR) - EMEA & Americas is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the HR operations of multiple hotels within the EMEA and Americas region. This role involves developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs that support the business objectives and foster a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement regional HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Talent Acquisition and Management: Collaborate with the Director of Talent Acquisition and oversee the recruitment and selection process for key positions within the region.
  • Employee Relations and Engagement: Manage employee satisfaction surveys cycle and develop action plans based on feedback.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs in collaboration with the Director of L&D and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Collaborate with the Director of Compensation & Benefits to oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs within the region.
  • HR Operations and Administration: Ensure the efficient and effective delivery of HR services to all properties within the region.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3-5 years in a leadership role within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws is essential. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite is also required. The role may involve working outside of regular business hours to address urgent HR matters. The Regional Director of HR will work from a regional office, but frequent site visits to properties are essential.
