Job Title: Regional Director

To lead the development of a London office, including management of the operational team, securing work, and project delivery.

  • Manage the development of a regional office, ensuring it meets business objectives.
  • Meet measurable turnover and profit targets, driving business growth in line with company targets.
  • Report to the Managing Director and Directors, providing regular updates on business projections and pipeline.
  • Oversee the profitability of individual projects, ensuring they meet financial targets.
  • Prepare fee proposal documents, bids, and fee calculations, ensuring technically sound and commercial engineering solutions.
  • Deliver major projects, ensuring client satisfaction and business growth.
  • Anticipate and pursue further business opportunities, reinforcing company reputation and profile within the industry.
  • Liaise and communicate with group peers, representing Rybka at corporate events and functions.
  • Research, development, and innovation, ensuring the company stays ahead in the market.
  • Liaison on all issues relating to HR and training, motivating and retaining staff, and attracting good staff.
  • Appraise and update the Directors on market conditions, ensuring the company remains competitive.
