Job Description

The Head of Office role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our organisation. As the primary point of contact for administrative matters within the Chief Nursing Officers office, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the team.

You will be responsible for tracking and controlling workflow, delegating tasks to the Nursing Senior Management team as needed, and providing administrative support to the Nursing SMT. You will also liaise with external agencies and internal stakeholders at Executive and Board levels.

This role requires a high level of organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a strong attention to detail. Key Responsibilities:

  • Tracking and controlling workflow within the Chief Nursing Officer's office
  • Delegating tasks to the Nursing Senior Management team as needed
  • Providing administrative support to the Nursing SMT
  • Liaising with external agencies and internal stakeholders at Executive and Board levels

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with senior leaders in a performance and/or business support type role
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication abilities and ability to work well under pressure
  • A high standard of English and excellent keyboard skills
Salary

The salary for this role is between £43,742 - £50,056 per annum, plus a 20% HCA Supplement. This is a competitive salary that reflects the importance of this role within our organisation.
