We are seeking a seasoned Service Desk Manager to lead our IT support team in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the service desk team, providing technical expertise, and ensuring exceptional IT support.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the service desk team and providing technical support
  • Ensuring IT systems are maintained and supported
  • Working with the Chief Digital and Information Officer to achieve IT goals
  • Providing leadership and technical expertise to the team
  • Managing service desk reports and SLAs

The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in an IT Helpdesk/IT Service support role, ITIL Framework certification, and strong leadership qualities.

Additionally, the candidate should have experience in problem management, active directory configuration, and PC hardware/software setup/configuration.

A full driving license and ability to drive in the UK are also required.

The salary for this position is £55,000 - £65,000.
