Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to join our team at Sewell Wallis Ltd. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day operational guidance and advisory support to enable effective people management practices across the business.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:
  • Providing guidance, coaching, and advisory support on complex employee relations casework.
  • Assisting line managers in understanding and implementing policies and procedures.
  • Providing accurate and meaningful management information to stakeholders.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need strong ER experience, excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. You will also have experience in a similar HR generalist role and be able to work in a hybrid working environment. The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
