Key Account Manager

As a Key Account Manager at Lotus Bakeries, you will be responsible for managing key accounts within the convenience sector, including Booker, Costco & SPAR. You will also be responsible for growing our share within managed convenience and symbols, working closely with route to markets and key end users.
Main Responsibilities- Account management responsibility for route to market customers within the convenience sector
- Account management responsibility of key direct customers
- Growing our share within managed convenience and symbols
- Identifying and opening new outlets and distribution points across the convenience and forecourt channel
- Increasing our visibility and driving trial and penetration within petrol forecourts
- Supporting key end users with merchandising and planogram recommendations
- Providing analysis and support to the grocery convenience channel
- Working alongside the wider Impulse team to develop and execute a cash & carry plan
- Landing NPD and delivering against agreed distribution and sales targets
- Strong analytical & commercial acumen
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to build and develop great relationships, both internally and externally
- Able to prioritise quickly in a fast moving, entrepreneurial environment
- Previous experience working within convenience and forecourts would be preferable, particularly with Booker
- Strong understanding of category data, sources, cutting data, evaluating and delivering a compelling sales proposition
- Competent in Powerpoint/Excel/Word
- Hands on approach and real go getter
- Ideally educated to Degree level
