Job Summary:


We are seeking a skilled IT Systems Business Analyst to join our team at Finatal, a rapidly growing organization based in Cambridge, UK. In this role, you will collaborate closely with various business functions, external IT support partners, and vendors to ensure IT systems align with regulatory standards and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Maintenance, upgrading, and optimizing business systems, including eQMS (Dot Compliance), Business Central, and Dotmatics.
  • Leading the implementation of business systems, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Overseeing system architecture and integrations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards such as SOX and GxP.
  • Delivering 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line support for business systems.
  • Providing training to internal users and ensuring awareness of cybersecurity and operational risks.

Requirements:


To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in IT Systems/Business Analysis or as an IT Systems Manager. A proven track record in life sciences, including regulatory-controlled IT systems, is essential. Experience with cloud-based, no-code approaches and tools like Power BI is advantageous. Additionally, knowledge of the ITIL framework and IT system lifecycle management, proficiency in creating SOPs, IT computer system documentation, and system validation testing, as well as familiarity with IT systems for biotech/pharma industries, are highly valued.

Compensation:


The estimated salary for this role is £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
