The Hardware Quality Assurance Expert at Global Inkjet Systems Ltd (GIS) is responsible for ensuring the production-readiness of electronic systems. This role requires a strong background in testing printed circuit boards (PCBs) and electronic systems.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Electronics Systems Test Specialist to join our team as a Hardware Quality Assurance Expert. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in testing PCBs and electronic systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Rigorous testing of new electronics designs
- Stress testing of power supplies and amplifiers
- Creating comprehensive test reports
- Debugging board failures
- System testing and setup
- Design and specification of test rigs
- Liaising between design and production teams
- Developing production test procedures
- Possible development of production test software
