Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the contract management team, including data entry, document management, and record-keeping.
  • Organize and manage appointments with clients and residents for our site workers, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
  • Liaise with internal teams and clients to resolve any contract-related issues or concerns.
  • Update and maintain our in-house system PlanRadar, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and residents, providing excellent customer service and support.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a contract management or similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Driving license advantageous, but not required.
