Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the contract management team, including data entry, document management, and record-keeping.

- Liaise with internal teams and clients to resolve any contract-related issues or concerns.
- Update and maintain our in-house system PlanRadar, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Develop strong relationships with clients and residents, providing excellent customer service and support.
Requirements:
- 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a contract management or similar role.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Driving license advantageous, but not required.
