Job Title: Contract Administration Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Contract Administration Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of contract administration and performance across a portfolio of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee contract execution, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  • Review and negotiate contract terms with clients, contractors, and consultants.
  • Monitor project performance, identifying and resolving any contractual issues or disputes.
  • Ensure compliance with legal standards, building regulations, and health & safety requirements.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Contract Manager/Project Manager within the construction, architecture, or engineering industries.
  • Strong knowledge of UK construction contracts, procurement processes, and legal requirements.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple contracts and projects simultaneously, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
