We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Contract Administrator to join our team. As a key member of the project management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all site staff adhere to agreed site procedures and reporting systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret and understand contract obligations, responsibilities, and liabilities.
- Provide advice and guidance to the site team as needed.
- Responsible for preparing and producing reports to predetermined deadlines.
- Ensure smooth administration of contracts from start-up through to final account.
- Archiving essential project documentation.
- Delivering projects to client satisfaction.
- Delegating quantity surveying tasks to assistant quantity surveyors.
- Attending site meetings to resolve commercial, contractual, and construction problems.
Requirements:
- Experience working with NEC Option A.
- Extensive experience within a social housing contractor.
- Good communication skills.
- Conscientious.
- Good commercial acumen.
