We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Contract Administrator to join our team. As a key member of the project management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all site staff adhere to agreed site procedures and reporting systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret and understand contract obligations, responsibilities, and liabilities.
  • Provide advice and guidance to the site team as needed.
  • Responsible for preparing and producing reports to predetermined deadlines.
  • Ensure smooth administration of contracts from start-up through to final account.
  • Archiving essential project documentation.
  • Delivering projects to client satisfaction.
  • Delegating quantity surveying tasks to assistant quantity surveyors.
  • Attending site meetings to resolve commercial, contractual, and construction problems.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with NEC Option A.
  • Extensive experience within a social housing contractor.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Conscientious.
  • Good commercial acumen.
