Harrisons Recruitment is seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to work in a mainstream primary school with autistic children in KS2.

The successful candidate will have experience working with autism in primary schools and be looking for a long-term role for this academic year and ideally into next year.

Job Description:

This is a varied role involving working 1:1 with autistic children, benefiting from a skilled and dedicated SEN team, great leadership from the SENCO and SLT, and good location easily accessible from anywhere in East London.

  • Work closely with a number of key children
  • Develop your SEN skills within a supportive and dedicated team
  • Benefit from the leadership of a well-established SENCO
  • Enjoy competitive rates of pay

The ideal candidate will have techniques for communicating with non-verbal children or want to develop their skills in this area.
