Supportive Learning Partner for Child with Cerebral Palsy

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to provide one-on-one support for a child with Cerebral Palsy in a primary school in Forest Row. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in a child's life.
Job OverviewOur client, a reputable educational institution, requires an experienced Teaching Assistant to join their team. As a key member of the staff, you will work closely with the teaching staff to provide tailored support to a child with special needs.

About the Role- Provide one-on-one support to a child with Cerebral Palsy in a primary school setting
- Work closely with the teaching staff to develop and implement individualised learning plans
- Assist with lesson planning and preparation to ensure a smooth learning environment
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers to keep them informed of progress
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A relevant qualification in Teaching Assistance or a related field
- Experience working with children with special needs, particularly Cerebral Palsy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A patient and empathetic approach to supporting children with complex needs
In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary package, including:
£28,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience
