We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to provide one-on-one support for a child with Cerebral Palsy in a primary school in Forest Row. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in a child's life.

Job Overview

About the Role
  • Provide one-on-one support to a child with Cerebral Palsy in a primary school setting
  • Work closely with the teaching staff to develop and implement individualised learning plans
  • Assist with lesson planning and preparation to ensure a smooth learning environment
  • Communicate effectively with parents and carers to keep them informed of progress
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant qualification in Teaching Assistance or a related field
  • Experience working with children with special needs, particularly Cerebral Palsy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A patient and empathetic approach to supporting children with complex needs
What We Offer

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary package, including:

£28,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience
