Sales Development Manager

IDEMIA, a leading provider of identity and security solutions, is seeking a Sales Development Manager to drive business growth in the travel and transportation sector. As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to increase revenue and expand the customer base.
This role involves managing commercial deals and opportunities across the UKI and European markets, as well as collaborating with local program and client solution teams. You will work closely with the Head of Sales Europe Travel and Transportation to execute the growth plan in Europe, including the UKI market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and expand the customer base.
- Manage current commercial deals and opportunities across UKI and several European countries.
- Sell advanced security and passenger processing technologies.
- Coordinate marketing and sales efforts to optimize resource allocation.
- Lead the development of new project proposals and marketing materials.
- Represent the company at business meetings and oversee sales promotions.
- Establish and implement both short- and long-term objectives and policies.
- Collaborate with local program and client solution teams.
The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in selling complex IT solutions and strong communication skills. Fluency in English is required, with knowledge of other European languages being a plus.

- Background in travel & transportation (airlines/airport operations IT solutions) is a plus
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
