Job Description:Resident Services Associate Role Summary

As a Resident Services Associate at Dandara Living, you will play a vital role in supporting our Senior Resident Services Associate in the day-to-day operations of our Build to Rent development at Leodis Square in Leeds. Your primary responsibility will be to provide the highest level of customer service to residents and guests, handling enquiries, managing bookings, and ensuring timely resolutions to maintenance issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Assist with parcel deliveries and collections, maintaining a smooth and efficient process.
  • Handle resident and guest enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage bookings for resident amenity spaces, ensuring availability and accuracy.
  • Conduct move-in appointments and meter readings, maintaining accurate records.
  • Compile and maintain inventories, ensuring up-to-date information.
  • Log maintenance issues and coordinate with the team, resolving problems efficiently.
  • Issue keys and manage key replacements, maintaining security and access control.
  • Keep communal spaces clean and presentable, contributing to a positive living environment.
  • Manage vehicle parking records and address noise complaints, ensuring a harmonious community.
  • Update site-wide communications and the residents' portal, keeping residents informed.
  • Assist with open days and resident events, promoting community engagement.
  • Conduct security walks, ensuring the safety and security of residents and staff.
  • Collaborate with the team to cover additional shifts, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
  • Update inventory feedback, continually improving processes.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, utilizing software effectively.
  • A strong understanding of health and safety requirements, prioritizing resident well-being.
  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service, exceeding expectations.
  • ARLA, IRPM, or COSHH qualifications desirable, demonstrating expertise.
