About This Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Property Administrator. The successful candidate will have previous experience in property administration and be proficient in using property software packages.

This role involves managing a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential properties, working closely with our team of chartered surveyors. The ideal candidate will be able to log property repairs, copy action points, and provide utility meter readings accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Log property repairs onto the Fix-flow contractor portal
  • Copy action points from annual fire risk assessments and log them on Fix Flow
  • Provide utility meter readings to utility companies for accurate billing
  • Provide tenant move-in/move-out dates to councils for council tax bills
  • Arrange access with tenants for various contractors and inspections
  • Maintain and update various Excel spreadsheet databases
  • Communicate with tenants, caretakers, and contractors to request documents and information
  • Direct phone calls from tenants and suppliers to the relevant surveyor
  • Support with other ad-hoc property-related tasks as required

Your Qualifications

  • Previous property administration experience is desirable
  • IT literacy and a good understanding of Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel are essential
  • Experience using property software packages is desirable
